Mission Home Health Care was founded on real-life caregiving experience and a deep commitment to serving others. With over 30 years of hands-on experience across hospitals, nursing homes, and private care, Alicia has dedicated her life to providing compassionate, high-quality support.

Her journey began at just 18 years old and evolved into a lifelong passion for caregiving. She has cared for individuals of all ages while also supporting her own family, including over a decade caring for her father and now continuing that care for her mother.

In 2024, she turned that experience into Mission Home Health Care—starting with one client and growing into a trusted service for families. Her mission is simple: to treat every client like family and provide care that allows individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
